  • I am Michael Chaconas. I am located in Maryland. I know that location of who keeps their books is an important factor for some clients.

  • I personally perform the bookkeeping required by my clients. The certifications and credentials outlined on the home page are mine.

  • Bookkeeping has not always been my career. I previously worked for more than 20 years for very large commercial and government entities primarily as a Senior Manager and as a Senior Project Manager.

  • I had the opportunity to manage organizations and projects with budgets in the millions of dollars, with some more than $200M annually. I began my career working on accounting systems, including the management of cost accounting, and payroll and pension systems.

  • Apex Pro Bookkeeping is my, what is my small business, and I operate it under the heading of Apex Pro PM, LLC. The PM actually stands for Project Management. Another credential I hold is Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In fact, I operate with the detail and control required for managing projects, along with the books of my clients.

  • My mission with Apex Pro Bookkeeping is to help small business owners by performing quality Bookkeeping services at reasonable and competitive rates. This allows you more time to focus on your growth.
